We were chosen by the Italian Touring Club <\/strong>an important association <\/strong>which has been involved in tourism, culture and the environment for over a hundred years.
\nFor those not familiar with the association we repost a brief excerpt of their values taken from their website www.touringclub.it<\/a> <\/p>\n

“To develop tourism, especially encouraging and supporting the discovery of lesser-known and lesser-visited artistic-landscape beauty; to safeguard Italy’s heritage of history, art, culture and nature, educating tourists about the irreplaceability of resources, the importance of protecting them for future generations and their proper and responsible use; to learn about countries and cultures, spreading a spirit of mutual understanding and respect among peoples. Here are the values of the Italian Touring Club since its establishment.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Promoting tourism, protecting the environment and spreading knowledge and a conscious and responsible travel culture <\/strong>are embodied in all of Tci’s activities:<\/em>
\n <\/em><\/div>\n
– Enhancement and protection of the landscape, environment, individual monuments and works of art;<\/em>
\n– Realization of facilities and concessions on the purchase of products and services related to tourism – hotels, restaurants, agritourisms, spas, exhibitions and monuments, car rental in Italy, etc;<\/em>
\n– Production and dissemination of tourism-related publishing, mapping and magazine products, as well as scientific publications;<\/em>
\n– Organization and promotion of travel and stays in Italy and around the world;<\/em>
\n– Dissemination of knowledge that promotes conscious and responsible tourism, including through training and refresher courses for teachers and practitioners, and the promotion of meetings and conferences;<\/em>
\n– Conducting studies and research in close cooperation with academic institutions and major business organizations;<\/em>
\n– Consulting activities and promotion of solutions for any issue related to tourism, fostering the spread of an entrepreneurial culture in the industry.”<\/em><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
