GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

This section contains the general conditions of sale applied for purchases in the online store of the Bartolini Tartufi company based in Gubbio, Via XX Settembre (PG).
Kind customers are informed that these General Conditions are the only ones that can be applied and replace all other expressed and written conditions.
You are advised to read the entire document before making any purchase transactions on the site.
The following conditions are understood to be accepted by the Customer without exclusion at the exact instant the order transaction is made on the site.

Mode of purchase

  1. The Customer may purchase only those items in the electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at www.bartolinitartufi.it as described in the relevant information sheets.
    It is understood that the picture accompanying the description sheet of an item may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics.
  2. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Bartolini Tartufi by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
    This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used in any further communication with Bartolini Tartufi.
    The message will repeat all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.
    In the event that the goods are not fully available you will be contacted again.

Customer orders are fulfilled within the limits of the quantity of products available.
In the event that the ordered product is not available, Bartolini Tartufi undertakes to contact the Customer by e-mail to inform him of the time required for delivery of the ordered product.
In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive stop in the production of the same, Bartolini Tartufi may propose to the customer a product of equivalent quality and price.
In case of refusal by the customer, Bartolini Tartufi will proceed to refund the unavailable product.

Prices

Sales prices shown on the Site do not include delivery charges.
Delivery charges are always borne by the Customers and are invoiced at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products.
Bartolini Tartufi reserves the right to change prices at any time, but is equally committed to applying the prices shown on the Site at the time the order is placed.

Payment Methods

The payment methods provided by the store are :

  • C.O.D. payment: payment of the amount of the order to the courier who will deliver the goods to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order: payment must be made only by cash, will not be accepted by the courier Bank checks.
    Costs referred to cash on delivery fees will be indicated and counted on the current order.
  • Payment by Advance Bank Transfer: In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, what has been ordered by the Customer will be kept committed until receipt of proof of transfer, to be sent to the addresses communicated at the time of confirmation of the order by fax or e-mail no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
  • PayPal: PayPal is an online payment system that requires you to open an account with PayPal.
    Choosing this method, after clicking “Complete payment with PayPal”, you are redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you enter e-mail and password of your PayPal account, in order to make the payment of the order.For each transaction performed by this method is sent a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.The amount of the order is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.In case of cancellation the amount is refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.Payments are accepted only from registered users on the Italian PayPal site.

Mode of delivery

Bartolini Tartufi uses express couriers for deliveries in Italy and abroad.
Delivery times, vary from 24 to 72 hours, from the time of occurrence.
What to do at the time of delivery:

  1. Check the integrity of the packaging.
  2. Only in the event of external material damage of the packaging and / or the product due to transportation, the order must be accepted by placing, on the courier’s waybill, the words “I accept with circumstantiated reservation” and a detailed description of the damage visible on the outside of the box (example: “wet neck”, “open neck”, etc.) followed by your signature.
    Within the next 48 hours, send an e-mail to shop@bartolinitartufi.it describing the incident and giving shipping references.
    Otherwise, any claim inherent in such damage will be automatically rejected.
  3. In case no problems are found, accept the delivery.
    In the event that the products must be returned by the Customers, the latter must proceed to reship them within 48 hours from the date of delivery, sending them to the following address Bartolini Tartufi, Via XX Settembre, Gubbio (PG) Italy.

To enable Bartolini Tartufi to contact them in case of need, Customers are asked to indicate:

  • A working e-mail address,
  • A landline telephone number.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Italy

  • Single fare € 9.50

Exceeded the limit of € 49.90 of expenditure within the site the shipping costs are free (only in the Italian territory) For cash on delivery payments to the cost of goods and shipping costs will be agginto a supplement of € 5.00 For shipments abroad the cost depends on the country and weight.

Online dispute resolution for consumers

Privacy

The information requested by Bartolini Tartufi from Customers is essential for processing and validating orders and issuing invoices.
The absence of said data implies the automatic cancellation of the order.
Registration on the Site entails the obligation to provide truthful and sincere personal information.
The provision of false information is contrary to the provisions of the present General Conditions and the Conditions of Use of the Site.
Bartolini Tartufi snc is authorized to collect, process and use the personal data communicated by Customers.
Such data are subject to computer processing.
Customers have a permanent right to access and modify their personal data, as provided for by the Europeans currently in force (Article 34 of the Law of January 6, 1978).
At any time, Customers can send a request to Bartolini Tartufi to check exactly what and how much personal data has been stored (access is strictly limited to their own personal data).
One’s data can be changed upon simple request.
Promotional e-mails containing offers, exclusives, news will be sent to Customers.
The Customers have the possibility to request the cessation of sending such e-mails.
Bartolini Tartufi is the only company to hold the personal data of its Customers.
Only Bartolini Tartufi is authorized to send promotional e-mails to Customers and only within the scope of well-defined business operations.
