Gubbio dresses up for a party: the White Truffle Exhibition is back!

Gubbio, the beautiful Umbrian city, is preparing to welcome taste enthusiasts once again with the 43rd White Truffle and Agri-food Products Exhibition. An unmissable event for all those who wish to immerse themselves in the scents and flavors of autumn, tasting local delicacies and admiring the medieval historic center.

From Nov. 1 to 3, 9 to 10 and 16 to 17, 2024, the streets of Gubbio will host stands full of typical products, including the prized local white truffle, pasture-raised cheeses, artisanal cured meats, extra virgin olive oil, honey and traditional sweets.

What not to miss:

Tastings: Starred chefs and local restaurateurs will offer creative and refined dishes, all based on white truffles.
Conferences: Industry experts and enthusiasts will meet to discuss the properties and characteristics of white truffles.
Exhibitions: Exhibitions dedicated to the history and culture of truffles will be set up.
Guided tours: It will be possible to participate in guided tours of Gubbio’s historic center, discovering its most striking monuments and corners.
