From October 31 to November 3, 2019, “Gubbio Terra di Tartufo”, the 38th edition National Exhibition Market of white truffle and agri-food products, will take place. This year, new synergies between public, private and world of associations, a completely new format, but all the tradition of the market exhibition and culinary and agro-food experience. The Exhibition this year returns to the historic center, in Piazza Quaranta Martiri, with an itinerary of stands in the circuit of the Public Gardens, in a widespread concept of tasting that involves the user more. Special godmother for the 2019 edition, well-known television pastry chef Isabella Potì, who will kick off the Mostra Mercato on Thursday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m. with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. There are many initiatives on the calendar over the long All Saints’ weekend, with showcooking and MasterClass at the Arconi di Palazzo dei Consoli, and more workshops, itineraries and conferences.
