A versatile truffle sauce for use in many dishes

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporum) 80 percent, black olive paste 10 percent, black summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 5 percent, vegetable corn oil, flavorings, salt.
Cream that contains no lactose, gluten or various allergens
shelf life 2 years, with open jar always tuck with oil and keep refrigerated for 20 days.
It is an all-purpose, ideal for canapés, appetizers, first and second courses.
For pasta dishes, simply dilute the product in a nonstick skillet with some oil or butter, drain the pasta al dente, and sauté it.
